Medior BI & Data Engineer

About the role
We are looking for a hands-on Medior BI & Data Engineer to join our growing Data & AI department. You will be responsible for designing and delivering high-quality Power BI reports and dashboards, as well as taking ownership of data engineering tasks within the Microsoft Fabric ecosystem. You will work closely with our clients and internal stakeholders to transform raw business data into actionable insights.

Key responsibilities
Power BI reports
Develop, maintain, and optimize Power BI reports, dashboards, and semantic models (data models, DAX measures, RLS)
Microsoft Fabric
Design and build data pipelines and transformations within Microsoft Fabric (Dataflows Gen2, Data Factory, Lakehouses, Warehouses)
Make impact
Collaborate with data owners and business stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and translate them into scalable solutions
SQL queries
Write and maintain SQL queries, stored procedures, and data models in relational databases
Ensure data quality
Ensure data quality, consistency, and documentation across all deliverables
ERP Data Integration
Support the integration of ERP data (e.g., master data, financials, logistics) into reporting layers
What we are looking for
2-4 years of experience
in a BI or data engineering role
Solid Power BI development skills
including data modeling, DAX, and report design best practices
Working knowledge
of Microsoft Fabric or Azure Data platform (Synapse, ADF, or equivalent)
Database development experience
SQL Server, Azure SQL, or similar; comfortable with writing and optimizing queries
Familiarity with core ERP
,e.g., finance, procurement, sales, understanding how business data flows through systems like Microsoft Dynamics, or similar
Strong communication skills
and a proactive mindset
Nice to have
Experience with data science
machine learning, or statistical analysis (Python, R, or equivalent)
Exposure to CI/CD practices
or version control (Git) for BI development
Knowledge of data warehousing concepts
star schema, medallion architecture
